Who we are
Founded in 2018, Qida is a high-growth private and social start-up with a clear mission: to make the social and healthcare system sustainable. We do this by helping more people live longer and with better quality of life at home, reducing avoidable hospitalisations and promoting more preventive, coordinated, human, and patient-centred care.
At Qida, social impact and economic impact go hand in hand, they are inseparable and both are a necessary condition for fulfilling our mission.
Today we are a team of over 350 office staff and 2,000 home carers, and we have cared for more than 25,000 families. In 2025, we closed a €37M funding round, the largest social impact round in Spain and southern Europe. We are leaders in quality and technology in our sector.
What is Qida’s product?
We are a team of 30 Engineers, 5 PMs and 5 Product Designers set to lead Healthtech in Europe in the coming years. Right now we are focused on 4 major missions:
- Avoiding hundreds of chronic patients from visiting hospitals. Admit project
- Improving the care offered to people in need, while saving money for the public health system, through much better Public Home Care.
- Building a WOW experience when people need it the most (e.g. your parents need a carer, your parents are recovering from an injury…). We provide home care services to 7,000 families in Spain.
- Achieving and proving the postponement and halting of neurodegenerative disease progression by building the Duolingo of healthy habits in partnership with CaixaBank. MyBox VidaCare from CaixaBank
The mission is simple: “Do whatever it takes to achieve the 4 missions”. As CPTO you’ll be part of the Executive Committee and hold ultimate responsibility for the product and technology teams at Qida.
Who are we looking for?
- A good person, humble and always looking to grow.
- 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as CPO / CPTO or 10+ years in product as a seasoned Senior Product Manager / VP of Product.
- Experience in hypergrowth scale-ups.
- Strong product vision rooted in the business. You translate commercial strategy into product, and product into real impact on the bottom line.
- Energy, commitment, and an exceptional capacity for execution. This is not a role for supervising or just thinking, it’s a role for thinking and doing, rolling up your sleeves alongside the Exco and middle management.
- An excellent communicator who leads change. You inspire the team, embed new ways of working, and bring others along with you.
- A genuine hunger for impact. You thrive in high-growth, fast-moving, demanding environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Based in Barcelona (ideal) or elsewhere in Europe with a minimum of 1 day per week in Barcelona.
