Hi, I'm Oriol Fuertes (In), Founder and CEO of Qida.
Eight years ago, I decided to create Qida after working for 10 years at McKinsey, trying to improve the Health and Social Care Systems of the United Kingdom and Spain. I realized that making a real change would be easier from a private, social-impact company working alongside the public sector, and that’s how Qida was born.
Today, we are already 360 people working at Qida with a clear mission: to make the Social and Health Care Systems of European countries sustainable. We are a Series B startup, and we are in a phase of massive growth. So much so, that we need to build a talent bench, a bench of future C-level executives. That is why we are looking for 3 "Swiss Army Knives" who want to join Qida and, in return, get an accelerated professional career.
We want people who can lead diverse projects, from defining new business opportunities to helping negotiate new agreements, to transforming an entire BU, to building analytical models to identify changes in the caregiver recruitment process. A heavy focus on action.
In this role, you will report to me and work directly with me or other Qida executives. You will always be on priority company projects. Projects that move the needle.
We are looking for "go-getters" who are good people and possess 3 strengths:
We are looking for a mix of junior profiles (2-3 years of experience) and more senior profiles (10+ years of experience). To start with, we will have 3 people in this high-talented team. We are looking for the best.
If you want to have a positive impact on society, and you are up for working hard and growing fast, this could be your opportunity.
